Menopause Muscle Revolution: Arms
In this 10-minute all-levels class (great to do at the gym), you'll use a TRX suspension trainer to warm up and strengthen your upper arms, core, chest, and shoulders before working your triceps with an exercise ball and a dumbbell.
Props you'll need: TRX suspension trainer, large Plyo or exercise ball, dumbbell (three to 10 pounds or more)
