Starting Yoga After 60

Join Beth for this empowering 45-minute practice devoted to students over 60. The sequence includes a variety of seated and standing poses that can help you build your strength, improve your balance, and increase your flexibility. Finish your practice with tension-releasing face exercises and a guided relaxation. 

This class features customizable variations and the option to practice the whole sequence using a chair. 

Props: a blanket (optional), a chair, and a bolster
